NC Services Group Ltd. Engineering
Division has created many complex lift drawings and plans.
NCSG’s well educated, experienced professional engineers assess
the job, research the specifications, advise on equipment type
and usage and stamp the completed drawings for certification.
Some of the lift plans that have been completed by NC Services
Group Ltd.’s Engineering Division are:
- Lift plans for a 153 meter, 53,000 lb. pipe using 4
cranes to be hoisted and turned simultaneously onto racking.
- Lift plans to lift a 600,000 lb. generator to be hoisted
and slid into a tight space using an 8 leg Gantry system.
This generator can generate enough power for the city of Red
Deer during peak hours.
- Lift plans for a 3 crane lift in the pulp and paper
industry for a 760,000 lb. Gantry crane.
- Lift plans using multiple cranes for the erection of
world’s tallest tower crane, 350 feet, the Kroll 10000.
- Lift plans for the erection of wind towers.
- Lift plans for a 10 crane support lift of a 42 inch
diameter pipe that was dragged through a river.
